House Rules

  • Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of consideration for our neighbors.

  • The Host must approve visitors and additional overnight guests in advance. Please let us know before inviting anyone to the property.

  • Please keep the bedrooms, kitchen and common areas clean and tidy, and help us care for the garden and outdoor spaces.

  • For your safety, lock all doors and windows when leaving the house. Please do not share keys or access codes with anyone outside your booking.

  • Smoking, vaping, candles and open flames are not permitted inside the house.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Excessive drinking, loud music, parties or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

  • Please treat our caretakers, neighbors, fellow guests and resident animals with kindness, courtesy and respect.

  • After cooking or dining, please clean the kitchen and utensils promptly. Check with the Host before using any special equipment or items not provided for general guest use.

  • Please help us conserve energy by turning off air-conditioning, lights, fans and appliances when not in use or when leaving the house.

  • Before check-out, please return all keys, leave the house and shared areas tidy, and settle any outstanding charges or additional services.
