DOMAIN@327 is more than simply a place to stay.

The property stands on ancestral land owned by the owner and their family, carrying a sense of connection, belonging, and continuity.

For generations, this land has been part of the family's story. Today, that connection continues in a different way — by opening a portion of this special property to guests from Sri Lanka and around the world.

Rather than creating a conventional hotel environment, DOMAIN@327 aims to preserve the feeling of a real home: personal, comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming.

The property has been thoughtfully arranged to give guests their own private space while retaining the warmth and character of a family-owned home.

We believe the best stays are not always about luxury or extravagance.

Sometimes, it is having a quiet garden to sit in after a long day.

It is having your morning coffee in a peaceful setting.

It is being able to prepare something familiar in your own kitchen.

It is having enough room for family or friends to relax together.

And sometimes, it is simply having a comfortable place where you can close the door, breathe, and feel at home.

That is the experience we hope to create at DOMAIN@327.

Our Colombo Home

The property offers approximately 90 sqm of living space, three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, entertainment options, and a private garden surrounding the home.

Guests have access to the entire house and garden, except for the caretaker’s private living area at the back of the property.

We want DOMAIN@327 to be a place where guests can experience Colombo at their own pace — whether they are here for a short stopover, an extended stay, work, study, research, family time or simply a holiday.

And while the home belongs to a family, we are happy to share it with yours.
